Newsletter - April 2025

"Partnering with "Blessing Israeli Believers"

April 2025

Dear Lovers of Israel and Her People,

April is a very important month for the Jewish people...

HE, has risen indeed, as our Passover Lamb who has taken away the sins of the world. Halleluyah!

...as a time of celebration and remembrance, but not as important as this time in history as we continue to await the news of deliverance for our hostages in Gaza!  It is still a very painful time, but also one of hope.  Yeshua (Jesus) was resurrected – He did not stay in the grave – as death could not hold Him!  Halleluyah!  It is also a time to celebrate our freedom from bondage, which is one of the primary reasons Abundant Bread of Salvation exists; to share the love of God, His plan of salvation and the tangible gifts we can provide to others through your generosity.  From our outreaches to local orphanages to the soup kitchen, from our Holocaust survivor programs to the food bag distribution center where we hand out essentials to over 400 people, we are grateful for your support of these precious ones and appreciate your continued prayers!

Will you please consider your largest donation, so we can continue to abundantly bless our people in Yeshua's name?! Amen!

A Little creative fun!

Every year for many years now, Carla, our precious loved and respected volunteer from Atlanta, GA, comes to serve with us in the ministry. At the soup kitchen she is able to use her professional storytelling skills and this year, for the first time, I was tasked with portraying Pharoah in one of her Exodus stories! She also hand makes all the Biblical costumes and gives them to our senior citizens (Holocaust survivors) to make the scriptures come alive! All fun aside, it is a great way to point our audience to the Lamb of God as many of them have never seen or heard about Him before. Through her storytelling, she has an amazing ability to open their eyes to their Deliverer who takes away the sins of the world. We thank God and appreciate Carla very much.

If you feel led to volunteer with Abundant Bread of Salvation and use your time, heart and God given talents to serve the poor and needy in Israel, by all means email us at: Brian@abundantbread.com

The practical things matter to the elderly and result in eternal rewards in heaven!

We know you fully understand what we do here at ABOS, but did you know that we also sponsor philanthropic endeavors like funding a protective shade covering for the local elderly Holocaust retirement club’s outdoor deck? We donated 5000 shekels (roughly $1400 dollars), to make their outdoor events safer and more enjoyable. We often have our soup kitchen events at this facility.

Please consider making a special donation towards projects like this now or in the future. CLICK HERE! This is Yeshua’s love in action and believe me, these senior citizen Holocaust survivors and Widows notice!

(See picture to the right of work in progress that should be finished by the time you read this report)

Orphans greatly matter to us and the Lord, they should matter to you as well!

James 1:27 says, “Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.”

Our outreach to the orphans in our area is also a source of testimony for God’s goodness. This season of deliverance and resurrection, we were privileged to sponsor a field trip for over 100 children to go to a fun park and enjoy the day together outside of their institution.  Your gifts to this ministry meet the needs of both the young and the “young at heart!”  Todah Rabah!  (Thank you very much!)

NEW VIDEO: This below video will reveal to you some very exciting inside reports from my first inside our USA studio visit. Typically I interview from the front lines in Israel.

You DO NOT want to miss this awesome interview.

MAJOR EVENTS HAPPENING!

We have three major events in April every year, with a tinge of sadness overshadowing each of them in 2025. The first is our Passover Seder for over 80 Holocaust survivors who are treated to a wonderful meal with the reading of a Messianic Haggadah (the guide for the Seder). We celebrate God’s deliverance from slavery and His demonstration of faithfulness and salvation through the blood of the Lamb to His people.  (More about that and pictures in next months newsletter)

April 24th is the commemoration of Holocaust Memorial Day. This year marks 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz and that horrible time in history when anti-Semitism once again raised its evil head. Many of our survivors have passed away now, but those who are still with us remember and will never forget. We do our best to honor, comfort, and love them with your meaningful gifts regularly. Many of them have come to faith in Yeshua because of YOU!

If, you'd like to contribute to our Adopt-A-Survivor Program, PLEASE CLICK HERE. This is a VERY time sensitive project because of their age and their salvation.

And finally, the month is concluded with Yom HaZikaron – Israel’s Memorial Day – as we remember the selfless sacrifices of our soldiers IDF defending our land.  This event is ongoing as we hope and pray to finally put an end to the senseless loss of life here in Israel.  We know we must fight, but we pray for and live for peace.  We pray for the Sar Shalom (the Prince of Peace, Yeshua) to come and reign soon.  Until then, we stand with our God and our partners (that's you), by our side.

With grateful hearts of servitude,

Brian and the Abundant Bread of Salvation Team
