Shalom Mighty Warriors of Faith,

Greetings from Israel in the name of Yeshua (Jesus). Do you ever feel like you are in a battle or war? If so, welcome to the club.  Maybe not the type of club that we anticipated.

Israel is not only in a physical war, but also a spiritual war. Both wars are to thwart the plans and promises of God, however we as true believers in Yeshua know the end of the story. Amen!

Ephesians 6:11-12 says, “Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”  Going about our daily lives we can often forget this.

Please be alert, strong in the Lord and always praying for us here in Israel and specifically for Abundant Bread of Salvation, as we serve up the practical and spiritual needs of our poor and needy people in Yeshua’s name! BELIEVE WITH US, that with your gift of any amount will bring forth ETERNAL SALVATION. Israel is at war against her enemies, and it is Purim (The Biblical Festival of Lots). Haman and Hamas are out to destroy the Jewish people, and we say “boo,” to silence and blot their names out in the name of Yeshua.  Purim is a holiday to “proclaim the miracle,” by reading the scroll of Esther, banqueting together, sending gifts, especially, giving to the poor as mentioned in the book of Esther 9:22.  CLICK here, to give your best Esther 9:22 gift to the poor and needy that will also bless our people during The Passover-The Feast of Unlevened Bread. It also says in the book of Esther, “For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your household will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14 Speaking of royalty, this month, on top of our regular weekly food bag program and soup kitchens, we have been able to do two Royalty Meals with Holocaust survivors.  One of them was together with our dear friends at Messianic Dance Camps International - MDCI and their dancing group of ten from the U.S.A., at a fabulous restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean. They performed (and I was able to join them) some amazing worship dances bringing comfort to those in attendance, and we tended to their practical needs pouring out the love of God.  Some of the Survivors even rose from their chairs to join in the joyful dance.  Please click HERE, to support these precious Holocaust survivors to give them many more Royalty Meals this year or towards our Adopt-A Survivor Program, before it's to late. The other brave group came from Germany with six School teachers from a Christian high school, in hopes that they will be bringing back many youth to repeat the blessing of reaching our Jewish people with the Good News of Messiah Yeshua in the most practical and spiritual ways. All this happened during Israel’s greatest need during a time of war. Please would you prayerfully consider coming? Another amazing breakthrough happened this month after several years, of administrative needs for Abundant Bread of Salvation. We welcome our new part-time administrator named Sandra, to the ABOS family.  She comes with great skills and experience. Just as important is her heart for the Lord Yeshua and the Humanitarian work for the hundreds of poor and needy people we are serving every month. Can we please ask you all to pray for Sandra as she takes on this most crucial role? For such a time as this. WELCOME Sandra!

In ending this jam-packed prayer letter of celebration of God’s redemptive plan for His people, we must share with you a huge request from the IDF-Israel Defense Forces.  The representatives of the IDF, have approached us about the emergency need of helping them at their greatest time, as they protect the nation of Israel. They need food and emergency meals. They also need more life-saving equipment.   Please pray and ask the Lord what you may be able to do for this EMERGENCY PASSOVER NEED! This $20,000 U.S. dollars will enable us to provide for IDF Soldiers on Israel boarders, or Widowed wives that have lost their husbands defending Israel, hundreds of displaced families. It will provide food pantry boxes, prepaid grpcery cards, and unleavened bread. We will not let them feel alone or hungry this Passover. Precious Friend of Abundant Bread of Salvation,

"Behold, what manner of love the Father has given unto us, that we shall be called the children of God!" (1 John 3:1) This month is known as the month of love, mainly because of the holiday of Valentine’s Day, especially in America. Although it is not a biblical holiday, commercially it is celebrated here in Israel. His love is the same every day and eternally forever. Halleluyah! On a personal note, God’s great love was poured out when He created me. I was born this month fifty-five years ago. Little did I know that, although I was born in the "City of Angels" (Los Angeles, California), He had a great plan and purpose to use me here in Israel. I have now been here in the epicenter of the world and prophecy for over half of my life, almost 28 years now. Praise Adonai! He knows what He is doing and remember, He loves you and has great plans and purposes for you as well. It is not by chance that you are connected with us and Abundant Bread of Salvation.

The scriptures speak much about love - however, also about hate. The whole world seems to know the famous scripture in Ecclesiastes 3:8 that says, “A time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace." Sadly, with the ongoing war in Israel against her enemies, there is worldwide hate towards Israel simply for defending herself and doing its utmost to bring back the now 134 Jewish prisoners that were kidnapped, tortured, raped, beaten, and massacred just to use a few horrific words of this new and even worse war than the Holocaust, that happened on October 7th, just because we are Jewish. It’s so sad to think that if our Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) was humanly with us today that He would have been massacred or kidnapped because of being born of a Jewish mother, Miriam. The Good News is that He gave His life freely as a ransom to die, not only for the Jews and the Arabs, but for the sins of the entire world. "What greater love is there than this, than He that gave his life for his friends?" (John 15:13) Wow! Thank you Abba! A new season has started for our soup kitchen this month, as we had a few months break. Our Holocaust survivors and poor and needy people were filled with exuberating joy and blessings as we served them a five course, sit down meal showing and telling them how much they are loved and cared for. To you that support us regularly, they thank you and we thank you as we could not do this without your faithful and sacrificial giving. This is an eternal work that brings lasting fruit. We see it and are so thankful for you and your prayers. Art Therapy for the Soul. This month we had an event that was done twice for the first time with Holocaust survivors and the needy. Christine, a volunteer that was with us for a few weeks from the U.K., brought with her to Israel many gifts and skills. One of her skills is the ability of the heart and spirit through her therapeutic talent, doing art and explaining how we use our left and right sides of the brain. Our precious poor and needy people’s hand and mind skills were stretched as their spirit was moved at the amount of time, care, love and compassion that was poured out through these art projects. This is true love in action. We at Abundant Bread of Salvation are all about love in action. Amen! LOVE IN ACTION, through giving. We continue to help our IDF-Israeli Defense Forces with carloads of food, which is then made into fresh and healthy meals by volunteers and brought to them into Gaza and on the boarder of Lebanon. They are so grateful for this and send us joyful responses for this simple act of kindness of making and giving them these very tasty, hot meals. We also continue helping the tens of thousands of Jewish evacuees that have had to leave their homes with just what’s on their back or a small backpack of their life possessions. Again, we could not do this without your love, prayers and financial support. PLEASE, stand with us in supporting the food project for these precious soldiers that are fighting our enemies as well as the evacuees that we are helping. Making a Difference in Israel Abundant Bread of Salvation www.AbundantBread.com Brian@AbundantBread.com (Partnering with Blessing Israeli Believers) Year End Report and Salvation Testimony - December 2023 You are a miracle created by Adonai (Yeshua) Jesus,   We are living in times of absolute prophetical miracles! Although, here in Israel, we are currently going through the most horrible war for over two months, we are happy to say that with God’s help and an army working together with the Israeli public, we are winning this battle. Halleluyah! We see through the eyes of Yeshua that this is not just a physical war, but an all-out spiritual war to annihilate the Jewish people. By doing so, the enemy believes he would prevent the plans and purposes of God by having the Jewish people welcoming our Messiah Yeshua home to redeem His people as referenced in Luke 13:35. Praise Adonai, we know who the Victor of this battle is!   Speaking of victories, being this is the last prayer letter of 2023, we have a Hannukah miracle testimony to share with you. This month, the most unexpected situation happened. A young Ukrainian woman came to our food distribution center while we were packing and distributing our weekly food bags and she said someone asked her to come and help us. I asked my team and none of our team had invited her, as she was one of our regular new immigrant food bag recipients. A long story short, we didn’t realize it, but God made it so clear to us after the fact that He was the one who sent her to us. We had plenty of volunteers that day, however, I allowed her to come in and help. She began to openly share her challenges of her husband being kept back forcefully in Ukraine to fight the war there and now she is here alone with her twin teenage girls with another war. I shared the hope of glory that we have in Yeshua and this young lady, who is also a doctor, joyfully accepted her Messiah as Lord and Savior!  Another Hannukah miracle indeed! This is a battle that has been won for Yeshua’s glory, because of your prayers and support. CLICK Here: Please continue this support into 2024. For His Kingdom purposes, we gave away over 8000 packed bags of food (roughly 80 tons), at our headquarters distribution center in Netanya and brought food items to the IDF because of the war. Each bag was filled with over 25 products serving at least over 400 families monthly. For His Kingdom purposes, at our soup kitchen, each needy person received a home-cooked, sit-            down, five-course meal in our renewed soup kitchen atmosphere.  At least 5000 hot meals were served and, many times, take-home meals, to help them through the week. For His Kingdom purposes, we also gave away over 40 tons of new and used clothes and blankets as well as much needed furniture. For His Kingdom purposes, on several occasions, we visited two local orphanages. We also provided finances in-hand, sets of new blankets, shoes, school supplies, toys, and clothes to hundreds of very needy orphans. On several occasions, the leaders of this Orthodox orphanage came to our headquarters to give us letters of appreciation. For His Kingdom purposes, our Adopt-A-Holocaust Survivor Program has almost 50 survivors who are financially adopted by believers! The leaders asked us again to ask our supporters, to prayerfully consider helping with the remaining 50 survivors. They have signed up but have not yet been financially adopted. Every soul is precious, and their time is SHORT! The set time is now before it is too late, and they are all gone. For His Kingdom purposes, we WILL see many more lives saved in 2024 from the grasp of the enemy, through the practical Kingdom work of Abundant Bread of Salvation. In this season of Hannukah miracles, please pray and give your greatest to provide for more abundant miracles. Together, we soar like eagles with His love into 2024!
