In the midst of at least a five-front war with Iran, Lebanon, Yemen, Gaza, Anti-Israel Anti Semitic Media and Social Media, the battle STILL, belongs to the Lord! The timing of this battle commencing just days before the festival of Purim from the Book of Esther is extremely prophetic!

As you have all grieved with us while we watch in horror the lengths the Islamic regime goes to attack our people and the entire Middle East, we’re reminded of the courage of Queen Esther who stood in the gap for the Jewish people at the threat of annihilation! We equate your prayers and support to that kind of commitment to our Jewish nation in a battle that is very physical for us, and spiritual for you. Thank you for your faithfulness! Maybe God has sent you to us “for such a time as this!” And just as the wicked Haman was swiftly erased from his position in the king’s court, the Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was eliminated as dictator, in the fulfillment of teachings throughout the Bible, like Genesis 12:3; “I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” Or Zechariah 12:9 which proclaims, “And on that day I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.” (Jerusalem was bombed by Iran several times both last and this month!) Although we do not rejoice in the loss of life of our enemies, we do acknowledge the life God has granted to us here at Abundant Bread of Salvation (ABOS) and we pray for those who seek to destroy us. We work tirelessly to bring the good news of Yeshua (Jesus) to a sick and dying world, and to those here in the Land who need it now more than ever. We at Abundant Bread of Salvation are operating in Emergency status. “The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. Instead He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9) You may not be aware of this, but there is a popular saying in Judaism that sums it all up at this season of Purim, Passover and the current Iranian war: “They tried to kill us. We survived. Let’s eat!” To that I would add, “God saved us!” Let’s acknowledge His hand through it all! This sentiment truly illustrates the resilience of the Jewish people and we here at ABOS. We are a “front line” work that depends on the Lord through you and your prayers and support! |
My plane trip back to Israel from the U.S.A was cancelled five times, extending my trip by over two weeks. There were several reasons filled with extended divine appointments. By the time you receive this letter, I will be safely back home with my faithful team who have continued to serve our poor and needy guests, despite the sacrifice and danger. They show the love of Yeshua in the most practical ways. Thank you for all your prayers over us! May the Lord encourage your hearts as well to serve right where you are! We’re very aware that we could not do our work here without your prayerful support. Remember, Israel is forever and our enemies are defeated! (Isaiah 40:31) So keep your eyes fixed on Him who is the very HOPE of Israel, of your own life, and of all the world! Your support is especially needed now, so be courageous. Be bold. Be generous. Be blessed! |

GOOD NEWS! Another Holocaust survivor has come to a saving faith in Messiah Yeshua last month. I visited her in her bed bound position in her home where she opened up her heart to our Eternal Jewish Messiah Yeshua. Halleluyah! Let’s continue to pray for salvation to come to the Land and more of its people soon, as promised in the scriptures. We are doing all we can, in obedience to His mandate, to facilitate that. Pray for God’s continued protection to surround us so that all Israel will become a shining light to the world. Likewise, we offer our prayers for you, our dear partners, for God’s abundance in your lives as you walk with and serve our King Yeshua. We cannot do this without you! |
Calling all volunteers! There is a continuous need for volunteers (even and especially during war), to come and be the "hands and feet" of our Messiah!
