Greetings from our
beautiful Jewish homeland, Israel,
We are delighted to open
this letter with "power" from on high.
Why? We recently celebrated the Biblical Feast of Shavuot-Pentecost,
also known as the time of the giving of the Torah and in the New
Covenant, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit as mentioned in Acts
1:8, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit - (Ruach
Ha Kodesh), comes upon you and you will be my witnesses."
The Spirit is indeed
falling!
One of the
greatest things we get to see at Abundant Bread of Salvation is the very revelation
of the Holy Spirit given to the poor and needy Jewish people that we serve.
Let us together praise the King of the Jews, Yeshua (Jesus), for the
six salvation decisions that were made in the last few weeks.
My friends, your prayers are working and more powerful than a double-edged
sword! Halleluyah! There have been millions, maybe billions of
angels rejoicing over these new lives that have come into the Kingdom this
last month because of our humble efforts. May I take this time
to say that without your financial support towards our work we would not have
the ability to give such exciting reports! By
clicking and giving here, you will continue to be part of hearing and reading
stories similar to the above miracle salvations. Halleluyah! Let US praise
Him together forever! Dear ones, we are talking about new Bible
study groups being formed because of this Great Power from on High!
We continue every month to
give our food bags with over two-dozen products to over 400 families fulfilling
Isaiah 58:10 which says, "pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy
the desire of the afflicted."
Our soup kitchen continues
this month with a full house of hungry Jewish people from the street,
receiving a delightful home cooked five-course meal, actually much more than
a soup kitchen! Praise Him! These people are so grateful.
A few events that happened
this month:
We ordered a bus for 50
Elderly Belarusian Jews and took them to Haifa to a very special cultural
festival with over 300 Korean Believers from all over the world.
This festival was filled with His Spirit in dance, song, culture, clothes and
even an amazing dramatic Biblical performance of the book of Ruth.
"Your people will be my people and your God will be my God."
Each one on the bus was given special handmade gifts brought from Korea that
totally blessed them. Many of the Koreans begged, bowed and cried
for forgiveness from our Jewish people because of what was done to the
Jews at the hands of "so called believers in Jesus." It was a
powerful testimony of His love.
Another special event was
done in cooperation with a woman believer from Sri Lanka named Shanuka,
(pronounced Hannukah), how cool is that?! She helped to sponsor a Royalty
Meal for 20 Holocaust Survivors at a local, elegant Chinese restaurant.
She loved on our people as if she may never see them again and she is
probably correct. She also shared such a loving testimony of her
love for Israel, the Jewish people and her passion for the Jewish Messiah.
It was a very anointed time indeed and tasty for all. Even
the waiter was moved in the spirit and came to talk to me afterwards. Halleluyah! Please
CLICK HERE, to pay for the bus loads that we bring to these special events
and Biblical Excursions, as well as Royalty Meals.
There is much more I can
share, however it will have to wait until next month.
One last thing; we
must ask for prayer. The wife (Elizabeth) of the leader
(Nachum) of the Holocaust Survivors of Netanya recently fell and opened up
her arm and had an emergency operation leaving her recovering with many
stitches. All, these precious Survivors
are getting very old and more difficult to invite to special events.
Please pray and help send as much assistance as YOU are able while
it's still possible.
We thank you for your love, blessings and prayers.
