Newsletter July 2022

July 2022

Shalom Precious Friends and Supporters,

Salvation, Salvation, Salvation! I want to open this letter with an amazing testimony.

First, let us proclaim His word together as truth and promise. In Psalm 62:1, it says, “Truly my soul finds rest in God and my salvation comes from Him.” In Acts 2:21, it says, “And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Finally, in Deuteronomy 30:19 it says, “This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.”

My heart is so FULL WITH JOY and the Spirit of the Lord as I write these scriptures down for you. You must be praying for us at Abundant Bread of Salvation, as I have personally prayed for two more of our recipients to receive the free gift of salvation in our Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) in the last 10 days! These are people that we have been building relationship with for close to fifteen years and, finally, the set time came and the fruit of salvation fell from the tree from all our labors! One woman named Einah, has been volunteering with us during this entire season of Coronavirus, and has been a very valuable, selfless helper with a big heart. Well, God's heart for her is much bigger as He called her into His Kingdom. Halleluyah! A second elderly woman named Elizabeth, recently widowed, also gave her heart to Yeshua (Jesus), after I explained to her that her only hope apart from this decaying world is in the living Messiah. This was a very exciting and joyful day for her to know that she would be reunited back with her husband who recently and suddenly passed away.

I would like to dedicate the rest of this newsletter to Elizabeth's husband, Nachum, pictured below.

BORN-August 12th, 1933--PASSED INTO ETERNITY on

June 26th 2022. May his name and memory be for a blessing.

This extremely generous and important man, was the leader of an organization in the city of Netanya called "Association of Concentration Camps and Ghetto Survivors in Israel." Nachum, God rest his soul, worked tirelessly with me day and night to serve and provide for the needs of almost four hundred Holocaust survivors from WWII. He also, the last several years, cared for his wife, Elizabeth, who has undergone several cancer radiation treatments. Over the last ten years, Nachum helped us organize countless gatherings with busloads of Holocaust survivors in many Biblical sites such as the Sea of Galilee, including many worship boat rides, trips to Jerusalem, the Mt. of Olives, as well as the empty Garden Tomb and Jaffa. He helped us bring busloads of survivors to several Messianic worship concerts and countless gatherings with Evangelical groups visiting Israel where they shared stories of their survival of the horrible flames of the concentration camps. I can go on and on of what we coordinated together for these precious survivors where, praise Adonai, many have come to faith in Yeshua!

One of the highlight memories together with Nachum was him joining me on a very special trip for his first time to America. The purpose was for Nachum to join me to share his story on how he and many others survived the Holocaust and to help raise financial and prayer support for Abundant Bread of Salvation in California by speaking in churches, synagogues, home groups, radio, and public schools. This was also during the High Holiday Biblical Feasts season, where he was able to experience such immense love from Believers in Yeshua. We were also able to celebrate his birthday with a huge party together with the Messianic music group, Lev Shelo, in the hills of San Diego, California. Eternal life came down on his soul after sharing in a congregation on the evening of Yom Kippur. He was presented with the Good News of Yeshua and opened his heart to receive the Master of the Universe, Yeshua, as his own personal Lord and Saviour. For sure, we will see him in glory and remember him forever!

Nachum’s biggest request would always be to continue helping us with our Adopt-A-Survivor program, so this Kingdom work for Yeshua can continue to bless them materially and spiritually while they are still with us. Their time is short!  We love you and will miss you, Nachum!

PLEASE IN HONOR, of Nachum and the rest of the local Holocaust survivors that we continue serving daily, click on this LIVE link to give your largest gift. IF, you'd like to give a special designated gift towards his widow wife Elizabeth, also click HERE, but please write (designated gift towards WIDOW ELIZABETH)

Nachum pictured above as an angel. He has definitely earned these wings

For Zion's sake, we will not keep silent! (Isaiah 62:1)
