Shalom dear friends and supporters,
We are in an absolute time of chaos here in Israel and most
parts of the world. We as followers of Messiah Yeshua, should absolutely
excited and growing in our faith and believe in the power of His
resurrection like never before.
On top of that we are commanded to put our faith to
practical works.
It says in James 2:15-17, "If a brother or sister is naked and
destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, “Depart in
peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are
needed for the body, what does it profit?
Finally, it says; "Thus also faith by itself, if it does
not have works, is dead."
Because of this Corona Virus, our most precious Elderly
Jewish People are in lock down situations in their apartments or care
facilities. We are speaking of the Holocaust survivors that have already
endured so much pain and suffering from the past.
We, at Abundant Bread of Salvation have the ideal answer in
bringing comfort in the most practical way straight to their door step. We
are bringing them Emergency food packets with toilet paper, we are calling
them to pray for them and even many times waiving from our car to their
windows. We have an existing Adopt-A-Survivor program, that actually allows you to
financially adopt a Survivor. They need your help like never before as they
are at the highest risk of catching the Coronavirus.
