Dear Friends,

"Behold how good and pleasant it is to gather together in unity." (Psalm 133:1)

We have just passed through what’s called, The Days of Awe, otherwise known as The Day of Atonement or Yom Kippur, when millions of our Jewish people worldwide pack the prayer houses (synagogues), to repent and ask God (Elohim), to forgive them of their sins. Thankfully, we as Messianic Jews and Christians worldwide know that our atonement only comes through the atoning blood of Yeshua (Jesus.) Halleluyah! "By this we know that our names are written in The Lambs Book of Life," as mentioned in the book of Revelation (13:8).

A song that I always loved by a Messianic musician named Joel Chernoff is called "The Sacrifice Lamb.” The lyrics hit it right on the nose regarding Yom Kippur as Yeshua's death upon the tree took our sin away once and for all. In the lyrics, it says “Have you ever heard Messiah has come? It says in His word to cleanse everyone. Atonement He made iniquity bore. That we can find life with Him evermore. The Sacrifice Lamb has been slain His blood on the altar a stain. To wipe away guilt and pain. To bring hope eternal. Salvation has come to the world, God’s only Son to the world, Jesus the One for the world, Yeshua is He." How awesome is that! Amen! Within days after Yom Kippur, we celebrate The Feast of Tabernacles, known as Sukkot in Hebrew. Yeshua, Himself, celebrated this biblical feast as mentioned in John 7:2. I love how the emphasis of Sukkot is to dwell in a temporary booth (a sukkah) for seven nights, invite guests, foreigners and have festive meals proclaiming the words in Hebrew, Zman Simchatanu (the times of rejoicing). He is Emmanuel; God who always dwells with us. Now that is comforting!

This year, I had the opportunity to help build a sukkah with a church called Calvary Chapel in Ojai, California, and then, several days later, a group of six from this very church flew to Israel and helped to build our sukkah in the yard of our home! It was a beautiful biblical exchange!

This month, for three weeks I traveled to Los Angeles (The City of Angels), which is where I was born. There, I was invited to speak about the work of Abundant Bread of Salvation in many locations as well and have precious visits with my elderly and sick, earthly parents. Please continue to pray for my father and mother, Frank and Gail. Thankfully, they have come to faith in Yeshua like me and we will all be in eternity together. An additional special occasion was to celebrate my Abba father, Frank's, 86th birthday together. Precious time with eternal memories!

Back in Israel, my amazing team has been keeping all the activities going with the food bag program serving over four hundred people monthly, as well as a Royalty Meal with Holocaust survivors together with our group of friends from Calvary Chapel, Ojai. They also did a worship concert for the survivors. We cannot do these works without our faithful team as well as volunteer groups that come to pour out their hearts to our Jewish people for this mighty kingdom work for Yeshua. Remember, when you give to or pray for us, you must realize that this is for His glory, and it is an eternal investment that will not be wasted.
